Lock Pick Multitools - EDC, Everyday Carry, Portable

Lock Pick Multitools - Compact EDC Lock Picking Tools

Lock pick multitools put a complete picking kit in your pocket. Where traditional lock pick sets live in cases and pouches, a lock pick multitool goes everywhere with you - clipped to a keyring, tucked in a pocket, or stashed in your EDC bag. When you need to pick a lock, you're already equipped.

We stock the UK's best selection of lock pick multitools, from simple folding designs to our flagship Dangerfield Skeleton - the most advanced EDC lock pick system available anywhere.

Why Choose a Lock Pick Multitool?

A full lock pick set is essential for serious practice and professional work. But it's not always practical to carry one. Lock pick multitools solve that problem by condensing the most useful picks into a portable, pocketable format you can take anywhere.

For locksmiths, a multitool serves as reliable backup - always on hand when you're away from your main kit. For hobbyists and enthusiasts, it means you're ready to pick whenever the opportunity arises. For security professionals and first responders, a lock pick multitool provides covert, discreet capability without the bulk of a full toolkit.

The best lock pick multitools don't compromise on quality. The picks themselves should match the precision and performance of their full-sized counterparts - just in a more compact package.

The Dangerfield Skeleton - The Ultimate Lock Pick Multitool

The Dangerfield Skeleton represents everything we've learned about lock picking, condensed into a single pocket-sized tool. British-designed and precision-engineered, it's the most advanced lock pick multitool on the market.

At just 8cm long and weighing only 70 grams, the Skeleton is genuinely pocketable. The body is machined from aerospace-grade aluminium - the same material used in aircraft construction - while the picks themselves are crafted from 301 stainless steel, chosen for its exceptional hardness and spring characteristics.

But size and materials are only part of the story. What makes the Skeleton truly special is its innovative quick-release system.

Fully Customisable - Build Your Perfect Kit

Unlike conventional lock pick multitools with fixed blades, the Skeleton lets you choose exactly which picks you carry. The quick-release mechanism means you can swap picks in and out in seconds - no tools required.

Prefer hooks over rakes? Load it up with hooks. Need a specific profile for a particular lock? Slot it in. The Skeleton adapts to your picking style, your preferences, and the job at hand.

The standard Skeleton comes with eight carefully selected picks and a tension wrench, covering the most common picking scenarios:

- Half-Diamond Pick

- Triple-Peak Bogotá Rake

- Deforest Pick

- City Rake

- Flat-head Hook Pick

- Batarang Rake

- S-Rake

- Short Hook

- Skeleton Top-of-Keyway Tension Wrench

For those who want even more options, the Extended Model adds our full expansion pack - giving you 38 different picks to configure however you like. Swap them out, shuffle them around, build the perfect loadout for any situation.

Designed for Real-World Use

Every detail of the Skeleton has been considered. The grooved screw-bolt tightens securely for picking, then loosens quickly when you need to access the tension wrench or swap a pick. A keyring hole lets you attach it to your keys without affecting the handle's integrity. The sandblasted aluminium finish looks professional and feels exceptional in hand.

The included Skeleton Top-of-Keyway tension wrench deserves special mention. It's designed specifically for this tool - removable and reinsertable with just a slight loosening of the main screw. No fiddly poking or prodding required. It's one of those small innovations that makes a genuine difference in daily use.

Who Are Lock Pick Multitools For?

Lock pick multitools suit anyone who wants picking capability without the bulk of a full set:

Locksmiths appreciate having reliable backup that's always on their person - not back in the van or buried in a toolbag. When a quick job comes up unexpectedly, you're already prepared.

Security professionals and penetration testers need discreet, covert tools that don't draw attention. A lock pick multitool looks like any other EDC gadget until you need it to be more.

Hobbyists and enthusiasts can practise whenever the opportunity arises. Spotted an interesting lock? You've got the tools to have a go.

First responders and emergency personnel benefit from compact, reliable entry tools that don't add weight or bulk to already-loaded kit.

The Perfect Gift

Looking for something special for the person who has everything? Lock pick multitools make exceptional gifts. The Dangerfield Skeleton in particular - with its premium materials, satisfying unboxing experience and genuine utility - is something truly different. It's practical, intriguing, and beautifully made.
