Why buy this
Buy this when you want the Hook 1 without a full set
A short hook is the pick many people reach for first because it teaches pin-by-pin feedback without an aggressive lift angle.
Slim gauge
0.015 in gives you more working room in tight keyways.
Known Praxis shape
A short hook profile from the Dangerfield Praxis range.
Single-profile upgrade
Replace, duplicate or add one exact pick to your roll.
Use route
Use the gauge as part of the technique
Set the tension first, then work pin by pin with small lifts. Use Hook 1 when the keyway is tight and move to Hook 2 when you need a little more reach.
- Use for pin-by-pin tight-keyway practice.
- Keep lifts small and deliberate.
- Pair with TOK tension to free pick space.
Helpful next step: 0.023 in Praxis individual picks.

Questions
Quick answers
Why choose 0.015 in?
Choose the slim gauge when a tight keyway leaves little pick room.
Is it a full set?
This is one individual Praxis pick, sold on its own.
What should I pair with it?
A stable tension wrench makes the slim profile easier to control.
When should I use 0.023 in?
Use the thicker gauge when the lock gives you enough space.
Add the Hook 1 to your Praxis roll
A single slim Praxis pick gives you one more precise option when keyway space matters.
